You must confirm that you have read these terms before the order is concluded.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made through approved, secure banking and payment channels.
Any recurring payments (if applicable) are clearly stated before you confirm.
We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is shown before you complete the purchase and on your invoice.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons outside our control.
Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Warranty & after-sales

Products sold by Rift Gear Establishment carry a store warranty against manufacturing defects for 14 days from the delivery date. This warranty is provided directly by us as the seller; unless explicitly stated on the product page, products do not carry a separate manufacturer warranty.
A product that is defective or does not conform to its description will be replaced or refunded in line with our Exchange & Returns policy and your statutory rights.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modification.
To make a claim, contact [email protected] or 966504433899 with your order number and a photo or description of the defect. This store warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the consumer-protection laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6. Cancellation, exchange & returns

You have the right to cancel, exchange, or return eligible products within 7 days, subject to our Exchange & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

9. Liability

We are responsible for delivering products that match their description and the agreed specifications. We are not liable for misuse of products after delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations. Disputes are subject to the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
