Exchange & Returns Policy

At Rift Gear Establishment we are committed to a clear written exchange and return policy that protects your rights as a consumer.
1. Your right to return or exchange
You may exchange or return a product, or what you paid for a service, within 7 days of the purchase/contract date for products received immediately provided the product has not been used and the service has not been benefited from.
2. Return shipping costs
Our policy:
- The consumer bears the return shipping cost. When setting the return window we take into account the delivery time the product takes to reach you.
3. Refunds
When a product is returned, we refund the full amount paid without deducting VAT. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-4 days.
4. Faulty or non-conforming products
If you prove that a product is misrepresented (fraudulent) or does not conform to the approved standard specifications, we will withdraw the product and refund its value to you. The return window does not apply to defects.
5. Products that cannot be returned
The following are generally excluded from the right of return or exchange (and this is disclosed before purchase):
- Products made to your custom specifications unless defective or non-conforming.
- Software or downloaded programs once the download is complete unless faulty or non-conforming.
- Products whose defect resulted from the consumer's misuse or poor handling.
- Products with components that have been merged or integrated and cannot be restored to their original state after delivery.
6. How to request a return or exchange

- We confirm eligibility and arrange collection or return.
Note: If we did not have a published exchange/return policy, we would not be permitted to refuse a return or exchange. During sales or discount periods, any special return conditions are stated above.
