Our response commitment

  • Time to resolve a complaint: within 5 working days.

We accept and handle complaints in Arabic, and our live chat operates in Arabic.

What to include

  3. A clear description of the issue, with any photos.
  4. The outcome you are seeking (refund, exchange, repair, etc.).
